Modern Foreign Languages
Curriculum Intent
At Polam Hall School our Modern Foreign Languages curriculum aims to:
Foster a love of language and curiosity about the wider world.
We learn foreign languages in order to:
-
reach out and communicate with people who don’t speak our language
-
make friends in other countries
-
improve our understanding of other cultures, and thereby of our own
-
give our brains a workout
