GCSE and A Level Certificates are now available to collect!

Examination certificates are now available to collect from the school reception for students who left Polam Hall School in the summer of 2020.

As we are unable to allow visitors on site at present we have organised four opportunities when you may collect your exam certificates.

On Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd, Wednesday 9^th and Thursday 10^th of December you will be able to collect your certificates from reception between the hours of 9.30 am and 3.00 pm.

The collection of certificates requires a candidate signature.

To help minimise contact and speed up the collection process we ask that you bring with you a pre-signed ‘Candidate Collection Form’ or similar note along with a form of ID.

If you wish to give permission for a representative to collect the certificates on your behalf please send them with a signed ‘Candidate Permission Form’ or similar note. The representative must also bring photographic ID with them before certificates will be released.

Alternatively we can post them to a home address but require a payment of £3.00 to cover the cost of Recorded Delivery.

Please note that certificates are stored in school for 12 months after which replacements are available directly from the exam boards at a cost of £45 each.
