Summer 2025 GCSE Certificates are now ready for collection!

We have 2 scheduled dates available for the collection of last summer’s GCSE examination certificates:

Friday 12^th December and Wednesday 17^th December.

There are two ways to collect your certificates:

*Please note that schools are only allowed to accept instructions from students, not from their parents/carers in respect of their exam results and certificates.

Students can either…

Collect in person, students themselves can collect their certificates from school reception during school hours 8am – 4.00pm. You must bring a form of identification with you.

Nominate someone to collect for you, students must send an email to wilkinson.a@phs.woodard.co.uk to authorise a nominated person to collect on your behalf. The representative must also bring photographic ID with them before your certificates will be released.

*If students are unable to arrange collection on the above dates, they must email wilkinson.a@phs.woodard.co.uk to arrange an alternative day/time.

Alternatively:

To arrange to have your certificates posted to you, students should email wilkinson.a@phs.woodard.co.uk   requesting this service and confirm the address that the certificate is to be sent to. The cost for this service is £4.00, payable via bank transfer to ‘Woodard Academies trust’, Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30-97-62, Account Number 53269068. Please can you add the student’s name as reference when making payment. Certificates are sent by Tracked 24hr delivery.
